This group will focus on strengthening healthy habits, cleaner meal planning, and utilizing a positive mindset to eliminate excuses.


  • 2 one-on-one health coaching calls throughout the 6 week period to discuss personal goals, strategies, and how to implement them with success!

  • 'Weekly Goal Setting' and 'Intention Setting' Initiatives.

  • Daily and weekly accountability check-ins and reflections
  • Strategies to form lasting habits to help you reach and maintain your goals
  • Meal planning support and new recipes
  • Daily reminders
  • Access to pre-recorded workouts and weekend workouts


      • 2 LIVE Group discussions including Guest Speakers
      • LIVE Yoga sessions (dates TBD)

      Access to LIVE Early Morning Workouts Monday to Friday at 5:30am and Saturday mornings with Jess, our certified trainer
